Yourself and, if available, any recent x-rays. Changing dentists? We can help ensure continuity of care by requesting records and x-rays from your previous dentist. Give us a call so we can arrange it before your appointment.
Actual treatment costs vary. We can provide a fee estimate for treatment during the consultation. Please contact us for more information. We’re proud to accept all health funds. We process claims on-the-spot via HICAPS. No health fund? No worries. Payment Plans are also available (must be set up prior to having dental treatment). Bulk billing is available for eligible children via the Child Dental Benefits Schedule, and for DVA Gold Card holders. Pension Card Holders and Health Care Card holders may be eligible for bulk billed treatment via Queensland Health vouchers – please contact us for more information. We also accept ZipMoney and humm.
